Help, my daughter had surgery yesterday to revome an ovarian cyst. The surgery showed extensive damage to both of her fallopian tubes, her ovaries & uterus and other organs appear to be fine. The doctor is planning to do another dye test on the fallopian tubes in three weeks, however he believes the fallopian tubes are permanently scarred & blocked. Unfortunately, I do not know what this means to them. They have been trying to conceive for over a year.

My question is what alternatives or options do they have?
