That's actually an herb you burn to the side of each pinky toe. The study, taken from Chinese literature, was done in Germanyu and had a success rate of 75+% (can't remember the exact number).

I peersonally like the get down on knees and elbows to get the butt in the air. Fiorst described by midwives, it is purported to have an 85% success rate (can't remember where the paper was).

Many feel infection, etc a relative contraindication to VBAC due to increased concerns of uterine rupture.

Uterine "abnormality", previous infection. From a medical standpoint about risk, VBAC is not looking as well but as we always say, everyone has to weigh the pros and cons for themselves.
