In April, I began to notice bad breakouts all over my face, back and neck. I was so perplexed by the breakouts that I went to two doctors. None of the medication helped me. I am a vegetarian and relied on soy for most of my protein until this past Monday. I have read about people experiencing soy induced acne. I advise you to stay away from soy.
