-- I do ovulate on my own. I had an ectopic pregnancy and it ruptured when I was 7 weeks. I had to have my left fallopian tube removed. My doctor said I could take Clomid but if I did would need insemination. I want to take it so I ovulate on both my left & right side. Does Clomid really help with that? Has anyone gotten pregnant without the insemination and just the Clomid? I really appreciate any help!
