Yes have had the cysts burst where I actually thought I was ovulating for twelve days last year. The doctor also thought at first it was some type of infection and turned out it were cysts bursting.I also had one burst when fine needle aspiration was done some time ago,It is weird..you get like a clear discharge....looks like ovulation in a way.,..it is sort of pully..but it isnt; as thick. After the cysts ruptured ....I did not get a period for about three months...I was wondering how this could be. This body..god...pcos is a horrible syndrome. Not treated..it is a disease of many chronic illness's.Treat it while you are young and you can keep diabetes at bay.I wish I had doctors listen back in my teens that I had loss of head hair...irregular menses, acne and hair growing in some mighty strange spots.Only thing is that I was never overweight.I must have suffered from reactive hypoglecemia since I started menses.I had those panicy feelins whenever I didn't eat etc.I was told I was a dizzy blonde because I was always dizzy and my heart always did flip flops for as long as I could remember.I was told that all these things were normal...NOT!

Take care......oh,yes I have the strong indigestion accompanied by an ovarian pain,,but not a severe Ovarian pain.

BArb C I had a dull pain in ovaries ,so assumed it was some strange ovulation.

I am schedule for ultrasound..actually was supposed to go in today, but there was no way I could because I was bleeding so heavy with such terrible menstral cramps...nobody was going to put that wand up my vagina today without getting kicked.
