Thanks for all the terrific info.

One thing I have to say is that Chromium Picinolate has been removed off all the shelves here in Canada due to kidney and liver problems it has caused.

Can u tell me about what u heard about the chromium GTF? I was taking a brand a few years ago with chromium+Vanadium which included..niacin and vitamin C.I think that was a good combo. At the time,it was chromium picinolate. I have to look up the other supplements u suggest.I am on soooooo many it isn't even funny.

I am not diabetic(yet),not overweight and my cholesterol is NOW within normal range since taking some supplements(I believe). I have normal periods and I do ovulate every month. The only problem is that the last while.the last year since I have been having problems with my heart..my periods were not regular.I would miss a month or two.First time in my life that happend, but I assumed from all the trauma I went through with tests on my heart and my heart not pumping efficiently. It was terrible. I have had problems on and off with loss of head hair and body hair.I don't have alot of excess body hair..just a bit from umbilicus to pubic area...a couple thready hairs on my nipples and one or two on my neck that I had for years. Any thoughts on what would help grow more hair?I had a great head of hair the last two years and had been also having problems on and off with this.I started losing in March and now the shedding has stopped but I want to regrow again.I know it can be done because I had very thin hair in my early twenties, which regrew into a beautiful lions mane. Now you can see some of my scalp in the front and it bothers me.It is not bad,but the way I like to give height to my hairstyle..you can sort of see through the top..that is where I lost the most. I can see baby hairs growing, but am worried.

Anyways..do you know if asthma is associated with PCOS.I was told it was associated with IR from my doctor.YOu had mentioned it in the last post. I am going to read the links you posted.

Thanks so much Marie,
