I mentioned this to my gynacologist once but she showed no concern. I had a very bad indigestion and pains which were very strong in my lower abdomen/ ovaries. These lasted a few hours and during that time, it hurt to move, I felt nauseous and wanted to keep curled up rather than straighten my body as it was more comfortable that way. I used a hot water bottle to ease the pain. Thankfully, it has only lasted an evening and I was quite tender the next day. I'd be interested to hear from others with similar problems, especially the link to strong indigestion, alongside the ovary pain.
