I have been doing research and found an HERB vitex-chasteberry- Useful for the treatment of: • Fibrocystic Breast Disease It helps with other problems. For women who are trying to get pregnant, vitex may be helpful to help regulate the ovulatory cycle. It may be taken throughout the end of the third month of pregnancy, which may help prevent miscarriage, according to German research. This herb can stimulate the release of Leutenizing Hormone (LH) and inhibit the release of Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH). You can find this herb at Lowes Foods and GNC. I hope this helps and GOD BLESS.
