Hi Lisa

Met has had a cumulative (oops selling!!) affect for me, my cycles are far more regular than they have been, I have been taking Met for 3 years. I have started to spontaniously Ovulate one sysle in 3 for the first time every, for me this is a gift I never thought I would have. Met and low carbing alone has helped several ladies on this forum, Sonnet being one of the , achieve pregnancy and delivery beautiful much wanted and loved babies. Please do not give up help. Low carbing is a definate help, I also take herbs and have acupuncture to help with my cycle, which is helping (no acupuncture this month and my cycle has gone to heck) Please feel free to mail me direct, and please do not give up hope (((((((hugs))))) Mel
