Hi Cindy,

Thanks for the update. It is less common for PCOS to be found in women who are not overweight or very athletic, so you must find out if you are producing excess amounts of insulin and why. Have you had a blood test called C Peptide to compare to your blood sugar levels which are closely related. If the insulin is too high in comparison your doc has to control it to stop the PCOS symptoms. Since you are hypoglycemic that is a sign of excess insulin and it does not appear that you are insulin resistant. Make sure that your pancreas is checked *thouroughly*.... You might be a difficult case. Were you really ill with some viral infection before this began? (mono?) Remember to find out if your iron (ferritin) levels are low. Be a pest... it is your life.

If you want to get your B12 in the most effective way and to bypass the digestive system, then sublingual 1000 mcgm pills are the way to go. Do get tested before you take B12 in case you are not defficient.

Good hunting... Ron -------------------------------------------------------------------
