Bah: Does anyone have those weeks...

I swear... It started with my period. I have enodmetriosis and PCOS also a fibroid. I was just recently diagnosed with PCOS a few months ago. Since then I have been on Metformin... no birth control though to keep the fibroid down. Since the metformin I feel much better between my perios but my actuall periods are much more painfull. I think that the PCOS kept me from ovulating and thus killed some of the pain from the endo. Ironic eh? But since my period (started Friday ended Tuesday) I have literally not been able to move. I haven't been to classes all week. Worked alittle.. but not much. I am lucky to work in a flexable environment (a biology grad student) at least flexable enough that I can get by but I am miserable! My house is a mess I am so behind. This is what my life has been for so long. I feel sick and can't do anything and get behind then feel good enough for just long enough to get caught up when I start to feel sick again and everything falls apart. I don't know how I am going to make it through school or my marriage ... what will I do when I have a real job? Does anyone know what this is like?? I am loosing my mind!
