Hi Lori,
You are right. I should have noticed the NY referrence at the bottom of
the page.
I am still looking for my other post which has a link showing where I
got the info on the 5% number Why do some posts not appear for hours or
not at all?

I do not consider Aetna to be socialized medicine, so please don't bite.
Canada has socialized medicine, because we pay a much higher rate of tax
on income and house property taxes are not deductible from income. We
also
pay over $3.50 a gallon for regular, $7.00 for a pack of 25 cigarettes,
$32.00 for a 40 0unce bottle of liquor. And you ask me why I can't say
something nice... :(
