Yes, I had this when I was your age....and it was usually worse when I
ate rich, high fat/high sugar/high starch foods.....at the time, my body
could not cope with these foods.....and the load literally had my body
sending this stuff out through the skin. Today.....I only get this when
my sugars are running higher than normal for me....and that is
technically not diabetic out of control, either......for me....it is a
sign that my body is running sugar levels higher than normal for
me.....and later on...my insulin production today cannot cope....so I am
diabetic.
This is related not only to PCOS, but type two diabetes. You may not be
diabetic now....but given what I know now....this is common in people
pre-diabetes. Consider it a warning.....and try changing your eating
habits.
I also spent a lot of time today and then cleaning my skin regularly,
and drinking lots of fluids....especially water. This helped. Pop was
what I drank back then...today, water does the trick in helping my body
flush stuff out instead of using my skin to do it.
