Hi Anon,

It will take a few more months minimum to see results. The hair could take 6 months or more to resolve, but it will be worth it. The fact that you are not feeling like falling asleep after eating is a sign that your blood sugar is being controlled. If you can add some exercise after meals, you will speed up the good effects and start to loose some weight. I hope that you are already avoiding refined carbs like bread, pasta, cookies, crackers and other flour based foods.

If you can ad some fiber in the form of UNREFINED UNGROUND GRAINS to your diet (well steamed of course) your IBS will become more formed and pliable. No more constipation and alternating diarrrhea.

If you never have constipation, the fiber will still help to soak up the excess moisture. Have you ever been told that it might be an intestinal infection and have you ever tried a week of Metronidazole?
