The only thing I have noticed different is that I don't feel as tired after meals. Is Metformin supposed to make my periods regular, if it does it hasn't worked. I still have excess hair, which seems to be worse rather than better. I suffer from IBS so, running to the loo, don't know if its the Metformin or the IBS. Also I had heard that you lose weight on Metformin, well so far I have gained weight. How long does it take for Metformin to start working? All comments appreciated.
