Hi Ladies,

I have a terrible problem with waking up. It is not something recent, it has been there since my late teens. Just getting up and doing things has been one of the biggest challenges in my life!

Right now I am 2 months pregnant and cannot wake up before 9am. I work BTW and soon enough I will lose my job with this going on. I cannot get into work before 11am with by diabetes management schedule (walking, monitoring etc). Currently I am taking Metformin. I have all through my life felt like a total failure because I cannot wake up early which has led to mild depression because I cannot break out of the cycle.

There were only a few years when I could get up early and it was before my late teens. Then I would wake up between 5:30-6:00am and would feel wonderful, energetic and really look forward to the day. Not felt like that in years, please help me with any advice to overcome this, your help is very much appreciated.
