actually it's good to eat if you are insulin resistant or diabetic
before you go to bed. maybe an hour to half hour before..
if your stomach is sensitive its bette rto eat something light or
raw/simple.
but, my dietitian and my highly regarding endocronlogist have both told
me that eating before bed in this case is good because it allows you to
keep your blood sugars the same so you aren't craving bad things in the
morning.
