I also have pain around my ovaries. I am taking 1000mg of Metformin. I feel pain in both ovaries. Sometimes one ovary hurts then stops then the other will start to hurt. The back pain is really uncomfortable. I even move like a pregnant woman when getting up or sitting down (real stiff). I wondered if this is all related to PCOS. I get the pain and discomfort pretty regular. Thanks for any input.
