If you are overweight, wrinkles are also less likely. Is that not
important
to you?
A simple blood test called "Hemoglobin A1c" can determine if you are at
risk of diabetic nerve damage and will point out if you are overdoing
the refined carbs
and are getting too many calories.
Have you had your triglycerides and cholesterol ratio checked lately?
You may only think that your PCOS is under control. The BCP can hide a
lot.
I think you avoiding the issue.
If infertility is not a problem and you don't care about the increased
heart attack risk, then keep doing what you are doing.
