Hey y'all I'm in the same boat...

I thought I was alone on this issue, I was doing good all summer for the first time in my life... I woke up on my own, then all of the sudden I don't know about 4 wks ago, I started getting like PMS feelings and they haven't gone away... (no period just PMS feelings) I could sleep 5 hrs or 17 hrs I could still sleep more... As Jackie stated it's not every day but it's a lot of days especially hear lately... I also take Met...

Last nite I was reading the "Dr. Bernstein's Diabetes Solution"... And I read something that now makes alot of sence... Do any of y'all that have a hard time waking up, and have a problem with you stomach empting??? (chapter 22, shows a picture of 2 stomachs). Meaning go from your stomach in to your small intestines??? I do, I ate around 9pm, 2 chicken soft tacos and they are still sitting in my stomach as if I just ate them... Which in turn causes you to have a hard time with sleeping waking up and your sugars being totally out of wack!!! I slept about 9 hrs none of which was total solid sleep (whats that) still full, light headed, w/ a headache, still feeling as if I could sleep another 9 hrs... Now I've been at work for an hr and 1/2 and still feel full... So, I took a pick me up and help digest my food metabolism booster Zantrex-3... It helps digest the food, however with all the caffine, I feel like I'm an ADHD KID who can't sit still or concentrate... Either feel fatigued, full, w/ a headache and all around crappy or ADHD... This not being able to empy the stomach, I think is possibly linked to having chest pains / gas pains under the ribs (left side generally)( i have them all the time lately..) Dr appointment monday... thank god HERE'S A LINK if you feel like this too... Gastroparesis and Diabetes http://diabetes.about.com/library/weekly/blNIHgastroparesis.htm

Please tell me I'm not alone...
