There has been a lot said about acne and what we eat. I do not beleive carbs has anything to do with it, nor does chocolate. I can eat chocolate when my PCOS is under control, and no outbreaks. Let my PCOS get out of control, and it is all around my hairline, cheeks, and neck.

I am 40 and still with acne, so let me share my observations from over 20 years of this stuff on my face. First off, keep your hands away from your face. The oils from your hands and the dirt help create it. Watch the telephone as well, it can get dirt around your mouth. Wash your hair daily, and be sure to wash your neck when shampooing. I take BC pills and that does help with the acne, but it takes time (usually 3-6 months) before it gets back under control. I use topical Benzomycin (erythromycin and benzoperoxide) every morning. For older ladies, it helps keeps the pores smaller and also tightens your skin (which is great when you're 40). What this does it heal the zit before it erupts, thus not causing any scars.

The goods news is.... we won't have wrinkles. With all this oil, how can we? Hope this helps.
