Re: Hot Flashes and AnxietyFrom: Melissa (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu, 4 Sep 2003 17:03:47 -0500 (CDT)
You know, about a month ago, I woke up for work in the morning with this heavy weight on my chest. I didn't know what it was at first. I talked to my Dr. and she said that I had had an anxiety attack. Must have been in my sleep. She referred me to a psychologyst. She said that I am going through alot right now and it might help. (Just another thing to spend my money on) But, she was really good. She suggested that I try yoga and eat healthier. I have started to feel better, and, guess what, I haven't woke up with that pain recently. It's great. Just a suggestion. At Tue, 2 Sep 2003, Ann wrote: > >Will the hot flashes and anxiety ever end???
