I have PCOS yet I'm only 16!

I've had problems ever since I was 14, my cycle was and still is very irregular. So last year when I was 15, I went to see my doctor. Well when she came back out of her office, she had a paper about PCOS with the symptoms, etc. The problem isn't that I have no period, it's that's mine never stops! It goes on and on for months. I lost so much blood that my blood count was at 8! That's usually when they give people blood transfusions. My doctor told me that I'm stuck in the middle phase and when I had an ultrasound, it showed that there was half an inch of blood collected at the wall of my uterus which of course is abnormal, and the way that happened was because of the blood vessels connected to the wall are apparently not working or dead. I think she said blood vessels. Anyway. I just want to know if anybody has the same problem, what does the gynocologist do, should a see an endo, and if there is any treatment. Thanks in advance.
