when my doctor put me on spironolactone my facial hair pretty much went away, and the parts that didn't are not real noticable at all. i did have a little bit of acne, not too bad, but it cleared my skin up a lot, now my skin is pretty much all clear. maybe talk to your doctor about putting you on that, and my sister uses proactive and it works really good for her.
