Does anyone else with pcos /Insulin resistance suffer from asthma?If so,does anyone take quercetin for it?

How many do? I have a doctor telling me that my asthma is a direct cause from my low blood sugars and have my doubts.

Also,has anyone tried the two products above for IR? Does anyone take phosphatylserine for brain food if reactive hypoglecemic and does it help?
