I eat them all and don't have any problems, only I often eat them FOR a meal! Desserts nothing chocolate is a basic food group for some of us! ... WOW my diet can be poor!! For lunch just today I DID manage some tofu and soup, but it was closely followed by a kit kat and some ice cream. Mmmm!

I know that sounds terrible but it is true, my point is just that not everything will give you nausea, you might be one of the lucky ones who can eat whatever without problems; or it may be foods other than high carb foods that do you in. I can eat sugar to my hearts content but just a swallow or two of coffee will have me running to the toilet even after all these years on Met!
