I would really warn against this--the first reason that comes to mind is
that at the very least, if it suits your lifestyle, you should be on
birth control--this will stop ovulation and keep you from developing
more cysts, which will complicate pregnancies in your future if you
intend to have children, and will cause other "girl problems" with your
ovaries that might eventually require surgery.
Being so young, you have a wonderful oppourtunity to save yourself from
all these fertility problems the other women on this forum are
struggling with. You should take advantage that you can save yourself
from more serious effects later in life.
