The dosage is probably way too high for you to begin with. Consider cutting back to 250 mg. once a day (by cutting the pill in half with a very easy to use pill cutter) and slowly working your way up each month. You may be ultra sensitive like I was. By moving very slowly with my dosage, I was able to eliminate the stomach upset and fatigue issues, while at the same time, finding the positive results I was looking for.
