Since it is that large, the doc will probably give you a local
anesthetic so you won't feel anything. I had five removed - two off of
each arm and one off of my thigh, and that's what my doc did. Didn't
feel a thing, but the areas were a bit tender for a couple of days. Just
keep the site clean and use Neosporin or another antibiotic cream on it
to help with healing.
