Hi, Brandi. As far as I know there is no difference in having just polycystic ovaries and PCOS. It sounds like that you have a form of PCOS, but that it's not quite as "bad" as what others have. I'm not a professional by any means, but I have done alot of research. I can't advise you on the pregnancy thing, because I too am trying. I recommend going to an endocrinologist. I hope this helps.
