Fibromyalgia and Myofacial Pain Syndrome (which I used to suffer from,
mainly in my legs & feet) has many different causes. Insulin resistance
and Reactive Hypoglycemia, and hormone imbalances such as high
testosterone, are a few.
I am not saying that your leg pains are definitely related to Fibro or
MPS, but it's something to look into.
