If you are having needle electrolysis to permanently zap the follices and kill the hair, then I don't see why you need wait. I think it is unusual for all the hair to go away if the hormone levels are improved anyway, although hopefully you would get no/less new hair going terminal, so you might well need some electrolysis anyway.
