If you are having needle electrolysis to permanently zap the follices and kill the hair, then I don't see why you need wait. I think it is unusual for all the hair to go away if the hormone levels are improved anyway, although hopefully you would get no/less new hair going terminal, so you might well need some electrolysis anyway. Also, if you are having success with the electrolysis, that could make you feel more positive while battling with the hormone levels.
