Hi,

Glucophage will help sensitize your body to your own insulin. For some people this helps them ovulate. That is not the only thing that it helps people do though. If you have insulin resistance, then you will produce way too much insulin and eventually your pancreas will poop out and you will get way high blood sugar and develop diabetes. If your body doesn't absorb insulin, that will also cause you to gain weight and possibly have acne, facial hair, be tired, or tons of other side effects that you probably have! Even if you do ovulate regularly, I would still suggest taking Glucophage if you are having other insulin-related issues.
