Honey, you ain't old. I'm old.... 40. I've had this forver too... and yes it does get progressive. Depression and anxiety round four, and on husband number three who still thinks it's not that bad. Ohhhh I wish he could walk a day in our shoes. The hormonal fluctuations and chemical fluctuations in our bodies are enough to tire out anybody, but oh, we are suppose to persevere... BS. I'm tired of persevering. Ive done that for so long. I'm tired and I want to stay I'm tired. I'm moody and want to say that I'm moody. I've had this thing long enough to get sick of dealing with it. Unfortunately, nothing we do will ever take it away. If we eat right, we don't lose weight. If we exercise, the testosterone turns our fat into muscle and we don't loose weight. If we eat what we want, i.e. one chocolate bar a day, then it's no wonder you can't lose weight. No matter what we do, we can't lose weight, so dah, eat what you want. IYes, I know exactly what you mean... We're old, cranky, and you can't do anything about it.

Cathy
