I wish that my doctors would have had the smarts to diagnose me with
insulin resistance and put me on Met years ago when I was still lean. I
then would not be 25 lbs. heavier today nor would I have the health
problems I have today. Just because one is lean, does not necessarily
mean they are disease free.
