And dont have an air conditioner, most importantly! So stay cool, and keep hubby cool too, at least in sensitive areas - you know heat can kill sperm! It's ice packs for him! Best of luck with everything, and let me know how it goes with the excercise and vitex and everything else. You're doing a great job with everything and your baby will have one healthy mama!! Cheers!
