Hi Janet,
I am experiencing severe hair loss with my PCOS... I am going to try
Aldactone (Spironolactone), which was just prescribed for me, and
Rogaine, which was recommended.... but I was concerned by what you said
about birth defects and being unable to conceive... I am still young, I
am only 20, but I am getting married in a year or so and I really want
to have kids while I am still young so that my children can enjoy their
grandparents... I understand that PCOS causes problems with fertility
and I am currently on Zovia to regulate my periods... But my main
concern right now is my hair loss!! And as far as the Spironolactone,
are there any side effects that you have had?
By the way, I've never heard of Power Plus... However, I have also
heard that Pre-natal vitamins work wonders for hair loss since pregnant
women often suffer from thinning hair? Does anyone know of any truth
behind this?
Thanks!
