I am newly PCOS diagnosed. but even before going on Met, I had episodes when I lay down, that I felt like I was having a heart attack. It got better when I walked around. I have taken every test known to mankind. Anyone know if it is PCOS/IR related. I'm thinking gastritis/insulin something on those lines. Any help greatly appreciated.
