-- There's a book you need to get "The Carbohydrate Addict's Diet Life Span Program" It's written by Dr. Richard Heller. I also am a carb addict. It isn't yours/my fault! Your body is telling you that something is seriously wrong when you have these uncontrollable cravings for carbs! Get this book and read it please! It will help. It sure has for me... I was so very lucky to find out about high blood sugar before getting full blown diabetes. My grandfather had his feet amputated and my grandmother on the other side of my family died of kidney failure. I have no choice but to turn this around. You can do it too! Read this book, it will help to understand what is different about us! Good luck to you.
