I mean I have been sleeping for 12 hours aT night and then again in the afternoon for about 2 hours... in total thats 14 hours a day!!! (i'm on vacation otherwise that would be impossible) I read in a website that PCOS causes apnea (a sleeping disorder) which makes you sleepy during the day.
