I have just been diagnosed with PCOS and the only thing my OBGYN gave me was a small pamplet about it. I have been searching online about it, and now I have a million questions. Especially about insulin and not breaking sugars down, do I need to talk to my regular doctor and find out if I have a problem with that since I am overweight? I am on the Atkin's Diet but I was on that long before I even knew I had this. Any information would be greatful, thanks.
