Thanks for your post Caz. At my practice there are a lot of locum Drs so generally you don't get the same one at a time.

I have spoken to my husband and we have agreed that I will go to the Dermatologist privately (At least for the first time) as then hopefully as I am paying, I will have a bit more say!

Problem is though that I don't know completely whether I do have PCOS... everything points that way... weight gain, skin tags, Acanthosis Nigricans, heavy painful periods etc... Who can acutually tell me?

I am feeling really quite down about this whole thing!

Thanks for your help on the subject... I will try and see another Dr on the subject.
