I think the question of chromium needs to be addressed with your endo if you are on metformin. It might be perfectly fine, but given that metformin is an insulin sensitizer I wouldnt try it without at least first talking to the doctor. I do agree with you whole heartedly about improvement of migraine symptoms with proper treatment of PCOS. Fortunately for me, I have never suffered this symptom, but I know so many women that do. While migraines are not on the official list, many of us see improvement after getting our insulin under control.
