Re: PCOS with only symtoms of irregular & scanty periods and hormone imbalance

Mine started out as only scanty periods as well (I was athletic and
wasnt over weight)..but then a couple years later I started gaining
weight rapidly and got the dreaded excess HAIR problems. It can
progress slowly or swiftly depending on your body etc. It is VERY HARD
for me to lose weight now, and I have yet to find a permanent solution
for the hair problems.
