Re: PCOSFrom: Michelle (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sun, 27 Jul 2003 19:08:47 -0700 (PDT)
Hello! You need to go see a endocrinonlogy. If you are wanting to have a baby the endo. can help with that. I went to one back in May the reason I went is Im 31 years old and have been married for 8years now and been having unprotect sex for the 8 years and not gotten pregant yet. So I talk to my family doctor and she said that I might have PCOS and she did all the test that she could and didn't come up with anything saying I had it, so she told me to go to a endo. Went and seen him (the endo) and he did blood work on me and told me I have PCOS and put me on Glucophage XR. So my advice to you is to see a endo. anonymous <anonymous@obgyn.net> wrote:I'm just now finding out about PCOS and from what I've read I may have had PCOS for years. I'd like to find out what to do NOW. I'm post menopausal, have high blood pressure, high cholesteral, high triglyeridites and a host of other problems. Can someone please advise?
