PCOS is far more than a fertility issue. THe high blood pressure high cholestral can lead to heart attack and stroke. PCOS can lead to diabetes. BEing post menopausal should not keep you from seeking treatment. Have you considered getting a refer to see an endocrinologist??? PCOS though not curable is a treatable syndrome. I was 38 and past having children when I finaly got the help I needed and feel so much better for it. All the things you mentioned have improved for me as well as having regular periods and help with my hair.
