I wouldn't trip too much on it pouring out- different medical providers have different opinions on positions and how long to remain still w/pillow under your hips. I think if your cervix is open enough (it's the right time) and you stay "positioned" at least 5-10 minutes after, everything will get to the right place in sufficient quantity. I wish the Greatest of success to you. I have had 3 pg's recently, all with miscarriage in the 6-9th week but am still very hopeful that it will work out. Keep it up and I'll look forward to your successful post!

Now, my question is this, I put pillows under me but when my husbands sperm goes into me..the moment I sit up..it pours out again. Is it supposed to? Or what am I doing wrong? I hope someone can help me because at this rate I dont think I will ever get pregnant.
