Hi Tammy Jo I can't say that receeding gums is a symptom of PCOS. Receeding gums can be from a few different problems, like, brushing to hard(with a hard tooth brush)you should always use a soft brush. Or is could be periodontal disease(a progressive gum disease), or if you haven't had your teeth cleaned by a dentist or hygienist in awhile, you could have a lot of build up(plaque, calculus)which could lead to recession. You really should be evaluated from a dentist and go from there... recession leads to sensative teeth as well because the roots of the teeth become exposed and roots are sensative... you can try sensydene toothpaste for that, but you really need to see a dentist... if you have any other questions you can email directly or post it, I read the posts everyday.... take care.
