I live south of Tulsa, and was wondering if you found anything out yet? If so would you mind letting me know? I only found out that I am Diabetic and have pcos about two months ago, but have no clue how to eat or what to expect, my insurance doesn't cover anything educational, so I can't take the classes that are offered through Springer Clinic.
