something. Or at least a glass of milk. And try to take it at the roughly the same time (not that I always remember.) Your morning dose is probably making you sicker because you haven't eaten since the night before and your body needs a buffer.

The other thing is don't feel bad about calling your doc. This is his/her job and you shouldn't have to put up with feeling horrible. It's hard because this is a frustrating disease and often we don't feel that something is wrong unless we are taking our meds.
